Brighter Pathways offers addiction counselling and support services in Bristol and surrounding areas. <\/strong><\/p>\n

I have studied Substance Misuse and addiction at FdSc level and also within my counselling degree. I have worked in a rehabilitation\u00a0center as a Person Centred counsellor and group facilitator.<\/strong><\/p>\nThis\u00a0combined with my own life experience has empowered me with a wide field of knowledge in working with people in this area.<\/strong>

\nAddiction is often an area that people are reluctant to talk about due to the stigma attached to it, however be rest assured that Brighter Pathways is somewhere you can discuss your concerns without judgement.<\/strong>\n

I can work with you and your decisions around your addiction whether you choose complete abstinence or continued use.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"IMG_0912\"\n\t

In our first session we will arrange to have Approximately 6 sessions, which can be extended to more on mutual agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sessions can be held online, by telephone or in person in the Bristol area.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sessions cost \u00a360 and last for 50 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Discounts can be applied to bulk bookings. Concessionary rates are available, I believe counselling should be available to all, those that cant afford the full rate\u00a0contact <\/a>\u00a0to find out if an agreement can be made.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If a therapeutic relationship can not be formed a referral to a relevant service can be made.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Its also important to consider that addiction can be things that some people may not have even considered addictive. <\/strong><\/p>\n

A selection of things that can be addictive could include, <\/strong><\/p>\n

Drugs<\/em>, (whether prescribed or not), <\/strong><\/p>\n

Alcohol<\/em>, <\/strong><\/p>\n

Sex, <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Gambling, <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Self harm, <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Pornography,<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Sugar,<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Food,<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
